• Freshdesk — A cloud‑based customer support system that helps teams manage inquiries through tickets, chat, and automation
• OneTrust — A privacy and compliance platform that helps organizations manage data protection, consent, and governance
• Shipsy — A logistics management platform that optimizes shipping, delivery, and supply‑chain operations

• We may share anonymized and aggregated statistical information with our suppliers to demonstrate what interest there has been in any marketing campaigns we have assisted our suppliers in carrying out;
• Our other service providers and sub-contractors, including utility providers, suppliers of technical and support services, insurers, logistic providers, and cloud service providers;

1. Who We Sell To

GMG sells products only to adults. If you are under 18 years of age, you may have your parent or guardian place an order for you. GMG reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and cancel orders in its sole discretion.

2. What you authorizes us to do

You warrant that all the information provided to us for the purpose of processing payments is correct and you are authorized to utilize the offered payment method.
• When you submit an order, we may send you an email/SMS/WhatsApp acknowledging receipt of your order. Our acceptance of the order takes place when the products are shipped to you. If we are unable to fulfill your order (either in whole or in part), we will notify you and will not process your order. If you have already paid for the products, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged (if any) as soon as possible and will incur no further liability to you.
• You may cancel your order free of charge and without giving us any reason until the time you get notification that your order is shipped. Orders can only be cancelled in full. However, your orders cannot be cancelled in part. We will refund you the full amount for the cancelled order, including any associated delivery or shipping charges (if any) for the orders cancelled. If your items have already been dispatched, your order can no longer be cancelled. To return a product once your order arrives, follow the process in our Return Policy. Please note that in such a case your delivery or shipping charges will not be refunded.

5. Shipping Terms

We endeavor to process all orders for in stock items within 1-3 business days business days. Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm, UAE Time. Standard shipping can be via any affiliate of ours or by any third party we contract with. We reserve the right to substitute another carrier of equal or lesser cost to deliver your order. If expedited shipping is required, please select that as your shipping choice. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping times are estimates only and are subject to change as the result of factors outside  our control. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or performance howsoever caused. You shall not be entitled to cancel any order or refuse acceptance of delivery due to any delay.

Shipping or delivery charges will be included on your invoice and can be viewed on a summary screen prior to finalizing your order. Shipping or delivery charges are based on the delivery location and method you select during the checkout process. The shipping charge shown during the checkout process is subject to verification. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice, provided that if the actual shipping charge is more than the amount shown on your invoice, we will contact you with the correct shipping costs before processing your order, and you will have an opportunity to cancel your order. Please be informed that we are not responsible for any shipping delays or problems once the product has been shipped

The products will be delivered to the address stated in your order (“Delivery Address”). You are responsible for providing complete and correct Delivery Address for delivery of the products. We shall be entitled to deliver the products (i) to any person whom we reasonably believe has authority to accept delivery on your behalf; or (ii) by leaving the products at any designated place to store such parcels.

The risk and title of the products shall pass to you upon the products being delivered at the Delivery Address.,.

6. Return Policy

You may return an unworn, unused item in its original packaging, in its original condition, with all original tags still attached, or where item or product is faulty or in nonconforming with the order, within 14 days of the date of the delivery of the products. Any return request which is raised beyond 14 days of delivery will not qualify for return and such requests will be at our sole discretion.

If you choose to return your faulty or non-conforming product, we will first need to confirm that it is faulty, damaged, or does not correspond to the description on our Site. Once confirmed, we will refund the cost of the product and the original shipping and handling charges along with any applicable taxes paid by you. If we determine the merchandise is not faulty, you will not be entitled to a refund and we will return the merchandise to you at your cost. Please see the “Return Policy” section above for more information regarding on how you can complete your return.

Any discounts applied at the time of purchase will be prorated per item based on price, and discount amount will be void. A copy of your original receipt may be required. For more information on returns, please check our Return Policy.

We will usually credit the refund back to the form of payment that you used to pay for the products within approximately fourteen (14) days from the date that we receive the products. Please note, it may take longer for the refund to appear on your payment card statement.

We may revise or discontinue products at any time without prior notice to you, and products may become unavailable to customers even after an order is placed. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GMG, ITS DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY PURCHASE MADE ON THE SITES, EVEN IF GMG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF GMG (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABLITY, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THORY) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE OPERATION OF OUR SITES OR OFFER TO SELL OR SALE OF PRODUCTS THEREON EXCEED AED 100 OR THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS FROM THIS SITE, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

13. Events outside our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control. An “Event Outside Our Control” means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic, health crisis or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks, backorder situations or delays caused by the retailer or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.

If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations:

(a) you will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and

(b) our obligations will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.

You may cancel any order affected by an Event Outside Our Control which has continued for more than 30 days from the date of order. To cancel please contact us. If you opt to cancel, you will have to return any relevant products you have already received (where applicable in accordance with these terms and conditions), and we will refund the price you have paid, including any delivery charges (where applicable).

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

The Sites are operated and are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (without regard to the choice of legal provisions, and not by the UN Convention on Contracts for Sale Commodities International, 1980), which may be different than the laws of your jurisdiction. If you access the Sites from outside the UAE, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction in addition to the laws of the UAE. The remedies set forth in these Terms of Sale are cumulative and not exclusive, unless expressly stated otherwise. Failure or delay by GMG to enforce any provision of these Terms of Sale will not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision. If any provision of these Terms of Sale shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Sale and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

16. No third-party rights

Nothing expressed or mentioned in or implied from these Terms of Sale is intended or shall be construed to give to any person other than the parties hereto any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect to these Terms of Sale. These Terms of Sale and all of the representations, warranties, covenants, conditions and provisions hereof are intended to be and are for the sole and exclusive benefit of us, our affiliates and you.

c. User Content that would constitute, encourage or provide instructions for a criminal offence, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national or international law;

d. User Content that may infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party. By posting any User Content, you represent and warrant that you have the lawful right to distribute and reproduce such User Content;

e. User Content that impersonates any person or entity or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity;

f. Unsolicited promotions, political campaigning, advertising or solicitations;

g. Private information of any third party, including, without limitation, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers and credit card numbers;

h. Viruses, corrupted data or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files; and

We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any User Content posted, stored or uploaded by you or any third party, or for any loss or damage thereto, nor are we liable for any mistakes, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography or profanity you may encounter.

Although we have no obligation to screen, edit or monitor any of the User Content posted in any Interactive Area, GMG reserves the right, and has absolute discretion, to remove, screen or edit any User Content posted or stored on the Site and/or to limit your use of the Site at any time and for any reason without notice.  Any use of the Interactive Areas or other portions of the Site in violation of the foregoing violates these Site Terms and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Interactive Areas and/or the Site. In order to cooperate with legitimate governmental requests, subpoenas or court orders, to protect GMG's systems and customers, or to ensure the integrity and operation of GMG's business and systems, we may access and disclose any information it considers necessary or appropriate, including, without limitation, user profile information (i.e., name, e-mail address, etc.), IP addressing and traffic information, usage history, and posted User Content. Our right to disclose any such information shall govern over any terms of the Privacy Policy.

9. RIGHTS IN USER CONTENT AND SUBMISSIONS

Except as otherwise expressly stated by us, we do not claim ownership of any User Content or other materials you post or upload on the Site or otherwise provide or submit to us. However, unless we indicate otherwise, you grant GMG, its licensors and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such User Content throughout the world in any media. Such license shall be limited to use on or in connection with the Site unless otherwise indicated on the Site. You grant GMG, its licensors and its sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such User Content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own and control all of the rights to the User Content that you post or you otherwise have the right to post such User Content to the Site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that any suggestions, ideas, comments or other information or materials you provide regarding the Site, GMG and its licensors or its products or services, whether by email, posting to the Site or otherwise, are non-confidential and shall become our sole property. We shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these materials for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgement or compensation to you.

10. USER CONDUCT

When creating or updating an account or participating in programs or promotions, you may be required to provide certain personal information including, but not limited to, your name, contact, and payment information. This information will be held and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any other related notices provided in connection with our information collection or use. You agree to provide complete, truthful, and accurate information, and to update such information promptly if it changes. You also agree not to:

a. Use the Site or Interactive Areas in any unlawful manner or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Site;

b. Harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users from the Site or Interactive Areas by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails or other unsolicited communications;

g. Impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your age or your affiliation with a person or entity;

i. Violate any local, state, national or international law;

j. Solicit personal information from anyone under 18years of age or solicit passwords or personally identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes;

k. Use or attempt to use another's account without authorization from GMG;

l. Attempt to circumvent any content filtering techniques GMG may employ;

m. Attempt to access any service or area of the Site (including, without limitation, any Interactive Areas) that you are not authorized to access; or

n. Engage in any harassing, intimidating, predatory or stalking conduct.

We are not responsible or liable for the conduct of, or your interactions with, users of the Site (whether online or offline), nor are we responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, or harm associated therewith. Your use of the Site is at your own risk. Any use of the Site in violation of the user conduct rules set forth above violates these Site Terms and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Interactive Areas and/or the Site.

11. REGISTRATION DATA; ACCOUNT SECURITY

In consideration of your use of the Site, you agree to (a) provide accurate, current and complete information about you as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Site ("Registration Data"); (b) maintain the security of your password and identification and not share such information with any third party; (c) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information you provide to GMG, to keep it accurate, current and complete; and (d) accept all risks of unauthorized access to the Registration Data and any other information you provide to GMG. You will immediately notify us and change your login information if the confidentiality of your account or password is compromised in any way. We reserve the right to take any and all action it deems necessary or advisable to maintain the security of the Site and your account, including but not limited to terminating your account, changing your password, or requesting information to authorize transactions on your account. We may communicate with you via unencrypted email. Such communication is not secure and may be viewed by others. We are not liable to you for any liability or damages resulting from or arising out of any compromise of your account or password, or any unauthorized access to your account or communications between us or use of your password.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless GMG, its licensors and independent contractors, service providers and consultants, and their respective directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to any User Content you post, store or otherwise transmit on or through the Site or your use of the Interactive Areas, including without limitation any actual or threatened suit, demand or claim made against GMG, its licensors and/or its independent contractors, service providers, employees, directors or consultants, arising out of or relating to the User Content, your conduct, your violation of these Site Terms or your violation of law, regulation, or rights of any third party.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED TO THE CONTRARY IN A WRITING BY GMG, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE, THE SITE MATERIALS CONTAINED THEREIN (INCLUDING ALL USER CONTENT), AND THE SERVICES PROVIDED ON OR IN CONNECTION THEREWITH (THE "SERVICES") ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GMG DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT AS TO THE INFORMATION, USER CONTENT AND SITE MATERIALS IN THE SITE. 15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Site is operated and governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (without regard to the choice of legal provisions, and not by the UN Convention on Contracts for Sale Commodities International, 1980), which may be different from the laws of your jurisdiction. If you access the Site from outside the UAE, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction in addition to the laws of the UAE. You may not use the Site if you are the subject of U.S., UK, EU and UN sanctions or of sanctions consistent with the local law imposed by the government of the country where you are accessing the Site. Any dispute arising out of or related to the matters of these Site Terms will be submitted for resolution of the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai Courts, with express waiver of any other court, however special, to resolve any conflicts or controversies arising from the clauses and provisions of these Terms.

16. TERMINATION

Notwithstanding any of these Site Terms, we reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Site, to block or prevent future access to and use of the Site and to modify any Site, product or service at any time. You understand and agree that some of your User Content, particularly that displayed on an activity feed or other public places on the Site, may continue to appear publicly even after your account is closed, subject to your right to have your Content user’s name removed upon request, in accordance with applicable law.

17. CAUSES OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL

A “Cause Outside of Our Control” is any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to act of God, fire, flood, explosion, war, threat or preparation for war, military activity, riot, civil disturbance or strike, lockout or other work stoppage, terrorist threat or attack, inclement weather, flood, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, other natural disaster, supply chain failures, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks. If a Cause Outside of Our Control affects our performance of obligations under these Site Terms, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible, and our obligations to you will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Cause Outside of Our Control.

18. ASSIGNMENT

GMG may transfer our rights and obligations to another entity without notice, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Site Terms.

19. NO WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY

The remedies set forth in these Site Terms are cumulative and not exclusive, unless expressly stated otherwise. Failure or delay by us to enforce any provision of these Site Terms will not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision.

20. SEVERABILITY

If any portion of these Site Terms is found to be unenforceable or unlawful for any reason (i) the unenforceable or unlawful provision will be severed from these Site Terms; (ii) severance of the unenforceable or unlawful provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions of the Site Terms.

21. LANGUAGE

If these Site Terms are executed or translated in any language other than English, the English language version of these Site Terms shall govern and shall take precedence over any other language version.
