Shipping Cost in the UAE:
- AED 19 on orders up to AED 299
- Free shipping on orders above AED 299 within the UAE
Delivery Time:
- 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch (deliveries may experience delays in certain areas).
- Notes: orders placed after 2 pm will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Criteria:
- We currently ship to the following countries: United Arab Emirates and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Orders can only be shipped within the country of purchase. For example, if you are shopping on the UAE online store, delivery is available only within the United Arab Emirates.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
- For prepaid orders, a signature is required upon delivery.
- Once a package has been signed for, JD Sports is no longer liable for the item.
- Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch and are for reference only.

Returns:
- Registered users: Log in to My Account → Returns and submit a request within 14 days of delivery.
Order Changes or Cancellations:
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited (address or product changes).
- To cancel: Registered users → My Account → My Orders.
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once you receive a dispatch notification email, the order can no longer be cancelled.
